Channel Development Manager-TA

We are seeking a results-driven Channel Development Manager to join with our tractor attachment division. Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new channel partners (distributors, resellers, VARs) in designated regions or markets. Develop and execute channel strategies and business plans to achieve revenue goals and growth objectives. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in channel sales or channel management in the [industry]. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners.

Field visits to benchmark activity, Project management, Coordinate with internal team to complete the NPD activity, Material follow up, ISO standards documentation work. Managerial Attributes: Good verbal communication skills. ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills. Basic proficiency in CAD software. Familiarity with hydraulics simulation tools is a plus. Understanding of hydraulic systems and components is desirable. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability in the assembly and testing of prototypes of validate design concepts.

Assistant Manager - NPD Hydraulics

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager with 8-12 years of experience. Roles and Responsibilities: Project Planning: Defining projects goals, timeline, and budgets. Creating detailed project plans and schedules. Coordination: Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of hydraulic systems into new products. Design & Development: Leading the design and development of hydraulic systems and components for new products. 2. Simulation & Analysis: Utilizing advanced simulation tools and technique to analyze and optimize hydraulic systems. 3. Prototyping: Overseeing the creation and testing of prototypes to ensure they meet design specifications and performance criteria. 4. Deputy Manager - Payroll

 Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for ~2100 employees, including company employees, contract workers, and piece-rate contractors.  Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing (1st–31st cycle) through Darwinbox.  Maintain and update payroll data, salary structures, and statutory deductions.  Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements—PF, ESI, Gratuity, TDS, and Bonus.  Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance documentation related to payroll.  Lead the successful implementation and optimization of Darwinbox payroll modules.  Streamline manual payroll activities, and work toward automating key processes for efficiency and timely disbursement.  Support employees through Darwinbox’s self-service portal and handle any payroll-related queries.  Maintain payroll confidentiality and data integrity at all times.  Prepare and present payroll-related insights, reports, and compliance updates to senior leadership.
